Wine School: Australian Wines
Elevate the senses and indulge the palate with this tasting of Australia and New Zealand wines. In this class, lead by Certified Sommelier: Karen Gessert, students will learn the history of each featured winery as well as the production methods of the showcased wines.
Students will taste and learn about the following wines:
• Sparkling Cuveé, Jansz, Tasmania
• Viognier ‘16, Yalumba, Eden Valley, Australia
• Pinot Noir ‘14, Fire Road, Marlborough, New Zealand
• Shiraz ‘15, Langmeil, Barossa, Australia
Wine and cheese nibbles will be provided
